The dark delicatessen sauce from Erntesegen is the ideal addition to meat-like vegetarian dishes based on soy or wheat. It gives grain patties, pasta and rice dishes the right palate feeling. Refine the sauce as desired with cheese, herbs or a dash of red wine or soya cuisine for even more flavor.

Ingredients:

Rice flour*, maltodextrin*, rock salt, tomatoes* (5%), yeast extract, fried onions* (4%), wheat flour*, chicory extract*, sunflower oil*, paprika*, garlic*, pepper*. (* = from controlled organic farming)

Contains wheat, gluten and yeast.

Preparation:

Stir a heaped tablespoon (approx. 25g) of Erntesegen Dark Delicatessen Sauce into 0.25 litres of cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer over low heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
