General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of POOK Products GmbH

  1. Scope of application The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between POOK Products GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") for all orders and deliveries via the website www.pookproducts.de .

  2. Conclusion of contract 2.1. The presentation of the goods on the website www.pookproducts.de does not constitute a binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. 2.2. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is only concluded when the seller accepts the customer's order by sending an order confirmation by email.

  3. Prices and payment terms 3.1. The prices stated on the website are in euros and include VAT. 3.2. Payment is made in advance, by credit card or in another way specified in the ordering process. 3.3. The ordered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

  4. Delivery and shipping costs 4.1. Delivery takes place within Germany and to other countries specified on the website. 4.2. The delivery time is usually 5-7 working days after receipt of the order, unless otherwise stated. 4.3. The shipping costs depend on the delivery location and the weight of the goods ordered. The exact shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process.

  5. Right of withdrawal 5.1. The customer has a statutory right of withdrawal. 5.2. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by him takes possession of the goods. 5.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of his decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. by post or email).

  6. Liability 6.1. The seller is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health that are based on a negligent breach of duty by the seller, his legal representatives or vicarious agents. 6.2. The seller is only liable for other damages if these are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the seller, his legal representatives or vicarious agents.

  7. Data protection The seller collects, processes and uses the customer's personal data only within the framework of the statutory provisions. You can find more information on this in our data protection declaration.

  8. Final provisions 8.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 8.2. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. 8.3. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is the registered office of the seller, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
